The Most Wearable Looks from Paris Fashion Week

Here at ThreadWeather, we love haute-couture and avante-garde, show stopping looks just as much as as anyone else. No matter how many looks are in any given show, the pinnacle is more often than not the biggest, boldest, most daring look of them all.

So much so that sometimes the every-day looks get overlooked in favor of their bolder counterparts, when in reality they may be the ones actually driving the trends. Even though many times the streets of Manhattan may be runway-like, the most artistic of runway looks are not always the best suited for every day life.

This is a love letter to the designers who have mastered the art of making everyday staples look fresh, new, and cool. The shining example for us this season was Hermes, who really pulled through this season with flattering cuts in wearable silhouettes and shades. We also loved Issey Miyake’s trove of wearable looks, and the genuine smiles the models wore while dancing in them down the runway. Another favorite for us was Celine, who sent so many wearable looks down the runway that we had trouble narrowing it down to just a handful of favorites.
